I've never taken the pill, so I've never personally experienced side effects. But yes they exist. Mind you the pill of today is not what it used to be. There are much lower doses now. I just still am not keen on the idea of manipulating my hormones.

sorry. too lazy to read the whole thread. so what do you suggest using? i've seen pills kill much of the girl's sexual desire and condoms are unbearable after pills:p |

Precum sperm is usually very unlikely to make you preggers, however it is totally possible. But yes, pulling and praying is a terrible idea :p |

I quit coke, quit smoking, and took the pill.
That is definitely when I started gaining weight.. plus all the other factors must not have helped either.
It was the worse. I really liked yaz the most but I had to get on ortho try cyclin LO and even then i was constantly feeling like .
I always felt like puking on the pill. It was fun while it lasted... but no more pills for me. |

I shouldn't say this, but it's not really as easy to get pregnant as people think. Did you ever think it's just been exaggerated in attempt to steer teens away from being irreaponsible? Fear is a great preventative tactic. Like anyone would listen if we were told, "Well actually, the chances of getting pregnant are still pretty slim if you pull out, but use protection anyway."? Hell no we wouldn't.
The vagina is designed to destroy sperm. When I get home I'll look for the fact sheet that tells the percentage of sperm that actually survive the swim up the canal. Pretty sure that virtually all sperm that may be released with precum get killed. |

I'm on Yaz and it's fantastic... I always get everyone to switch to Yaz lol.
Eh, my friends have been doing Jenny's route for 3 years and she hasn't ended up pregnant. My other girlfriend, on the other hand, got pregnant the first time she had sex. ever. |
