nice.....
b side is just fantastic, beautiful and bumping. the a-side is OK too, a little cookie cutter, forgettable i think. but yeah, the b side is a future classic.
so waxn000n is shed then?
the berghain crew is so trance-y at times. when the marcels played the bunker last month it really felt more like a trance party and atmosphere rather than the usual hipster trendimal party - there was more energy and emotion in both the selection of tracks and the mixing, not just in the short term, but over the course of many hours, there was a kind of really emotional temporal atmosphere, where you felt that the music was taking you somewhere over time. you don't get that kind of feeling with 'party music', which is all most of the minimal tech house nonsense is. i watched the marcels turn 35 year old hipsters back into the raver kids they were growing up |

Really wish I could experience that. Just reading it is epic.
B side is chill. Always a sucker for pianos. |

| yes, they play and produce techno in a different league.. the amazing thing is that all these guys are totally humble. i bought this record at hardwax in berlin and the whole crew dj pete (substance), shed (wax, eqd) and torsten (t++, one half of monolake) gave advice to me and were totally helpful where to find stuff. and they were excited about every record i chose. you dont even have to feel bad supporting such nice guys because their music simply is the best there is... |

| Any idea if we'll see a digital release of this? I'm pretty sure the last Wax release came out digitally, I dunno though. |
