not really.
BT's app is essentially a track that he has released, combined with 5 other effects (of course one of them being BT's stutter effect) that allow you to essentially remix the track in realtime, with various touch gestures, shake gestures (using the accelerometer), etc.
You can also connect to another iphone with the app and "play" in a mutliplayer mode. I have a 10-minute clip on my iphone with him describing it but it wont let me upload to youtube, so I'll have to manually get it off my phone first, or edit it.
