I'm movin out with my girl.
Wondering if anyone can shed some light on any decent areas of Toronto to find an apartment. Anything under $1300/month for a 2-bedroom. Needs access to a streetcar/bus/subway within walking distance of about 5 mins or less. |

| yonge and eg area you can find appts for around that much. alternatively a whole floor in a house would cost around that. just gotta look around. |

Yonge&Eglinton is way pricier then that - 1 bedrooms go for $1000 and up
2 bedrooms he's looking at $1500 at least |

| York Mills, between Yonge, Bayview, and Leslie should fit your search. Plenty of appartment buildings around there for that price range. |

| Remember, 3 years living together in Ontario = she can sue for half of what you have (common law). It's the mistake I did and still paying for. |
