Sorry but I need to vent some anger!
I moved from manchester to london nearly 2 months ago. Im a designer so i use BT openworld ADSL pakage. I found out when I wanted to relocate my account I had to pay up to the end of the year ( which is was over a £100 ) And now I find out that I have to wait another 3 weeks till My account is back up!!! man Ive waited 2 1/2 months to get my connection back and I still had to pay each month!!!

| well there is no broadband where i live at all, can't get it, wish i could. and i was on openworld anytime dial-up plan, and they cut me off for being on over 16 hours a day - TWATS :whip: now im on aol, lmao. and when ntl gets the cable installed bt can go stick their fingers up their arse, up their fukking arse. |

I just dont understand how it takes 2 months to change 1 file in a database! and its costs me £60 for something I havnt used!
