anyone got some free time to check out a place or two for me? its for my labor day electric zoo weekend stay. vacation rental worked out well in miami/wmc but i didnt have to put a big deposit. would like to see if the place and owner is legit before sending a few hundred dollars via western union to secure it. :nervous:
i have a few places in mind so far, all in midtown. would like someone i met before to help me out too :) in exchange i'll get you some drinks or party favors... oh i need help with party favors too :p |

What do you mean, are you subletting an apt for the weekend on craigslist? Or you're getting a fancy midtown hotel?
I'd be happy to help you but I'm in Europe now and won't be back until August 26. If you still need help then, I'd be glad to. Is Frankie coming too? |

haha yes subletting an apt :) was going to do something small or even a couch but friend is coming with and shes never been to nyc besides a fieldtrip when she was younger so trying to accommodate her.
at least the rental contract in miami was from an llc and didnt request a huge deposit. maybe i just got a sweet arrangement then :o
im not sure about frank. i was debating about going esp after holden was announced in LA. so finally when i did get my tix, frank just said you, you change your mind too much lol :haha: |
