ATTN DJS / PRODUCERS: Do you want to be on the main flyer for SF LOVEVOLUTION?

We're asking for your permission and approval to be billed on the main flyer, as we want to represent San Francisco Bay Area DJs and artists performing during Love Week. However due to the limited space on the flyer there are some regulations that need to be followed:
In order to be billed on the flyer, you must meet these requirements:
- You must be scheduled to play on a float at LOVEVOLUTION or be playing at an event listed during Love Week between Wednesday, September 30th - Sunday, October 4th
- Next, on top of being scheduled there must be proof of your booking through one of these ways: a printed flyer, calendar on a venue's or promoter's website, you may also have your booking confirmed by a recognized promoter or by Syd Gris through the float applications
- Please email: alain at sflovevolution.org to send details of your approval and any interests
By giving us permission to bill you on the flyer, you are agreeing that we are billing only your artist name and it will be billed alphabetically with the rest of the performers. Your affiliations or logo will not be included, since there will be no space.
There will be a number of versions of the main flyer released, but if you wish to make it from the first phase - submit your details by: Tuesday, August 11th

The only purpose of that date is to collect as much information as possible from the local djs.
