i work for an engineering firm and we do susbtation design. we are looking for drafters. we use mostly microstation V8 (sometime V7 and XM) and rarely we use Autocad 2009. the job will be electrical drafting.
i can definitely give your resume to the department manager, pm me (give me your email address) and i'll contact you and give you the URL of the company to see if you're interested.
depending on your experience, after 3-4 years working as a drafter, you will most likely become a substation designer.
