Seriously though, you and your traffic complains. I live in Los Angeles, I have to take the first freeway ever built to and from work. You think you have bad traffic? Try sitting in a 4 lane parking lot for over an hour to travel a whopping 8.7 miles. Try it, seriously. It'll make Phoenix's 20 minute gridlock seem like test driving a Ferrari. I was in Phoenix for work about a year ago, co-worker and I were going to go to an Arizona basketball game from Phoenix. Everyone in the trainning session told us to "leave early" so we'd miss "traffic". Unfortunately our class got out late and they all joked that we'd be stuck in traffic forever. 15 minuets later we were done. So yeah, your traffic.

Has it ever occurred to you that you spend 100 minutes a day to and from work, and don’t get paid for it?
That’s 26,000 minutes a year (monday-friday) you spend in relation to work, with absolutely no compensation. That’s 433.33 hours you effectively work for free.
