How easy is your job? (pg. 4)

My retail/hardware job is awesome because I love the people I work with. So even when dumbasses come in and bitch about something stupid, it's easy to deal with when a team of people works together to diffuse the situation. It's also awesome to laugh with them after.
It's getting easy to fix lawnmowers and other small engine things and I just recently learned how to assemble a snowblower :stongue: like that will ever come in handy
The interpreting I do occasionally is difficult if it's between a doctor and patient, not because of the language barriers, but because of the nature of the conversations.
Sometimes teaching English to foreigners makes me want to bang my head on the wall but it's awesomely rewarding when they progress. |

unemployed, got laid off 3 weeks ago from doing boiler room for 6 months. failed series 7 twice, so they let me go. worst job EVAR.
day consisted of phone and cards, no computer, nothing.
was hell.
now, i can't find a job worth .
any suggestions on getting an easy job like all you seem to have?
been non stop applying to jobs from craigslist, monster, career builder, hotjobs, mandy.com, mediabistro, etc.
no dice :(
if it helps, i got a B.A in media & communications
not like that helps at all considering the B.A is the new H.S diploma. |
in this job market, you need to get off the internet and tell all your friends and family and their friends and family to ask around for a job for you. there are many jobs that are not on the internet. your best bet is to get a personal reference to move you ahead in the interview process. |

Doing that for a long period of time has to result in a deep fried brain. |
