Well I just had my computer formatted. and I have a azerty keyboard, but I can't change it in my control panel. I can only take qwerty. grrr |
Because you selected US English. Windows doesn't have alternative keyboard layouts for US English. The @ symbol is the shift+2. The easy way to fix it is to go into Regional & Language options and change it there. ;) |

Thanks... I wasn't terribly good at getting a clean mix back then (several years ago), but I still like how it turned out. My girlfriend describes it as "sexy", which made me feel pretty good. :) |

Nah, it really isn't that. Azerty is not used in US English. You have to select a different keyboard layout.
Here is an example of the German keyboard layout:

And the French Belgian Azerty keyboard layout:

You can fix this by ADDING the French (Belgian) keyboard and changing the default input language. Also make sure to delete the US English layout. Here is a screenshot:

I am on Win7 and those screenshots are from that, but I just verified it on XP. Exactly the same. Screenshot:

They maxed out the shrine at just 15k. The main stage holds about 4k, but they had access to surrounding locations like an outside patio and another large squared area. The had a lower level smaller location used for storage that was converted into yet another dance floor. compare to the max of 17,505 in leveled seating arrangement (and this is a basketball configuration! imagine how many are on the floor already) and two stages. It also appears the 2nd stage was at capacity too.
It was a great place to hold it, sufficient parking due to being right next to USC. However the main issue was it was so ing popular. That hard Halloween went at capacity (and i do not think they oversold this venue...enough to make it the crux of the issue. They were quite vocal about how many tickets were left.) really early...like two weeks early, which is unheard of for ravey-style electronic festivals bank largely on walk ups.
There aren't any other venues to hold something like this in LA. The Los angeles Memorial Coliseum is just tooo big (as in EDC levels) to justify the rent. Stop putting it as a all ages event.
With the bloody beetroots it might be a wash and wait for them to roll back around again.
