yes they are doing you a favor. would you rather 5000 dollars get stolen from your account and your bank blame you for the transaction?
Obviously its also to their benefit that you keep the money in there so they can profit off of investing it but you don't want to be liable for its loss.
edit: and last time palivar proved that the incredible hulk was your father. |

$1 out of 25 is 4%. either stop making fishy transactions or accept that small penalty.. or try to find another bank that will haven your 25 bucks |

| i think my biggest problem with it is that i had one without the chip for years, and no problem. eventually they forced me to get the chip and now all these problems have started. |

| If you stick with that bank and it keeps happening, then you're the only person to blame for your frustration. Shut the up and deal with it or switch banks. |

That's annoying, but I've got it way worse at the moment.
My credit card was cancelled due to the "possibility" of a security breach a few days ago. Normally it would be a minor inconvenience, but the replacement card was sent to Texas, where there's no one to pick it up at the moment. It's just stuck there in the post office. Oh yeah, and my new book of checks is stuck in the same post office, and I have since run out of checks. If they canceled my debit card too, I'd literally be relying on cash or ing money orders to pay for everything... :nervous:
Never has someone with so much money been so unable to pay. |
