I'd say so - any slower and it's either prog or dub (depending on how "funky" it is).
It's actually hard to find this sometimes - most of what gets labeled "deep house" today is either minimal, like the one ***** posted, or the Lazy Dog variety, which is pretty chill but busier than the one I posted (rhodes pianos, saxophones, occasional diva vocals, that sort of thing).
Anyway, guess that's a start - happy hunting!

I know lounge music is like you said saxphones strings warm sounds maintaining the same pattern usually female vocals or vocaless

Terry Lee Brown Jr was here last year, but deep house seems not very big in toronto
