Who else is ing pumped for this upcoming season??
Oh - and this just in - VICK TO THE EAGLES!
Hope my Phins can repeat their division title... but with their sched, it's going to be tough. |

Can wait for the end of summer but the start of the NFL always makes it bittersweet at the very least.
As an Eagles fan, I'm definitely excited to see what Vick may do after 2 in the clink. Always like the underdogs so it was nice to see them bump those patriots out of the playoffs :) |

| I refuse to watch any NFL games this year in protest that Vick has been signed to any team. I cannot support any league that would allow him to play football again. |

Unfortunately the NFL has had a lot of bad characters run through it. Ray Lewis was guilty of obstruction of justice in 1st degree murder case just for one example. |

Oh relax, its NFL it ain't going no where with, or without you.
On another note, apparently the fish from Miami are going no where this year from what I hear on NFL Network :eyes:
Steelers for another bowl in 09, I think our chances are good |

This is why I cannot support this league anymore. If any one of uss was found quilty and sentenced to jail time our employers would not hire us back once we got out of jail.
It sickens me that these athletes can go to jail and then come back and get employment where they make over a million dollars a year. |

meh I could care less about Vick. He's served his time and "paid his debt to society". I'd rather see thugs like Ray Lewis out of the league and in jail.
Back to Vick tho, I dont get why a team would want him anyways. (1) You are drawing a media circus to your team and (2) Hes always been a dumb and overrated player. He was good for a brief time only because of his athleticism, but where will that stand after being in jail and out of the league for 2 years.
Anyways yes I am ready and excited for another year of the Bills not making the playoffs.

and EPL gets going tomorrow too followed by Seria A next week and La Liga the week after.

you are right....it's not going anywhere....doesn't mean I need to support it or its decision to allow criminals to continue to make millions of dollars. |
