yea i briefly considered this when I heard about it.
Being unemployed with a reasonable amount of disposable income. Could be fun. I never really travel all that much.
But meh, no one I really want to see anywhere else. :p |

If I wasn't working I'd be tempted by one of these just because...
The best unlimited pass I heard about was on American Airlines a few years back. Unlimited lifetime travel on AA, booked into the highest class of service available and you earned frequent flyer miles so you could use miles earned to fly to anywhere American's partners fly to. Alas the cost was $3m. $5m for two people. The consensus was by investing wisely you could spent the interest earned on a decent amount in the front cabin and keep the initial investment. $3m invested earning 10% p.a. would still buy you a $6000 ticket each week. |
