Hear ye! Hear ye!
I have been working on a late 90's sample pack (go figure) and I was wanting the input of some others as to what needs to be in the pack. I've got a good grasp of the elements from that era, but I'm sure many here will touch on some things I have forgotten.
Fire away! (thanks) |

"The held (never ending) violin note" - I can probably name 100 tracks that had this during a breakdown in the 90's.
And yes the angel "Ah" stab - think "come on, dance with me".
Bass sounds from the SE-1x
sped up rap vocal samples (think DJ Wildstyle and renegade master)
Beach sounds (waves that sort of thing) - seaguls lol.
Novation A station sounds.
Metal percussion noises such as the "angle grinder sound" used in Misjah and tim's Access and various BT tracks etc.
I'll think of some more..... |
