On September 11th, Pure Phunk returns to give everyone a FLASHback to the good old days. All old school all night. All the hits and anthems that made you smile then will make you smile again!

DJ 3PO (Cable Recordings, New York)
Perhaps not the household name he should be, every veteran breaks DJ knows who he is. Back in the day when the Internet was new, there was one store that spearheaded the online ordering phenomenon. That store was Satellite Records in New York. This was the store that all the DJ's got those rare, hard to find classics that couldn't be found anywhere else. 3PO was the man supplying us with those future anthems via his role as breaks buyer at this legendary store. You could say that 3PO helped shape the sound of Toronto's breaks scene.
