Everybody in Canada hates Toronto and everyone in Canada including Toronto hates US.
Because we are very insecure and hate it when other places are more important. |
Partially true but torontonians do tend to be socially retarded inward thinking people. Thus the cold label.
But hatred of the US is definite penis envy for sure. |

LOL thats more like it.
Anywho...hating on the biggest city isn't anything new. It happens all around the world. Small-town country folk hate the big city and whine about how cold and unfriendly the people are. It's pure ignorance and prejudice. Same thing applies here. I've never felt any sort of anti-social attitude in Toronto. Sure there's always the bad apples but for the most part it's not even remotely close to being as bad as some make it out to be.
I think part of it is the fact that it's such an international city there's a bit of a disconnect amongst the people. That, and there's that prevailing "I don't give a about anyone but me attitude" that may throw some people off.

Maybe in your part of Eastern Europe. In general, people are more well-mannered in Poland than they are here (eg. giving up ones seat for an old or pregnant lady is pretty common, unlike here). But like I said there's s everywhere. |

I was talking about the post-Soviet republics - Ukraine and Russia
I mean, Russian girls are known as Ice Queens for a reason lol
interesting point about giving seats up - I'm so surprised none does it here.. that's one of the things that I still see when I fly back home |

Coors is awesome on a patio cause it's tasteless (or maybe it just tastes like ass but the temperature hides it?) |

you do realize that molson and coors are the same company now and just market the same recipe under different labels right?
it's Molson Coors Brewing Co
in the end of the day, please do not believe that a canadian is different from a coors when bought locally...it all comes from the same plant and they did not expand (or increase import) after buying it over. |
