This past week, on August 14th at 9:10AM, my Grandmother passed. It has been an emotional time for the family and friends that were close with her. She spent the past 3 months recovering from a major surgery after trying everything else to attempt to overcome her battle with cancer. I have lived with her my entire life, so essentially, I lost a member of my immediate family. In this mix, I collected and pieced together songs that I felt explained the last few months while she had been in the hospital, and her passing. Whether it is lyrically, or musically, this track list will surely tell the story that I will always remember.
