Thomas Sagstad, a native of Norway now living in Sweden, is the hottest new act to enter the electronic music scene in years. He has been hailed as the ‘Future Hero of Electronica’ by Global Underground and will be showcasing his musical genius live to Chicago for the very first time on September 5th at RedNoFive.
At the early age of 14, Thomas started developing an innovative sound to call his own through his exploration of electronic music, and he has been reaching for the stars ever since. Several years later Thomas has realized amazing success by releasing a number of singles and remixes for some of the most respected music labels in the EDM scene; such as Global Underground, Royal Flush, Cyber, Armada and licensing from Renaissance. Thomas’ hard work has proven worthwhile by reaching number 19 in the US top 100 Dance Charts, Top 10 in Beatport Charts and Top 5 in iTunes Electronic Charts.
Thomas describes his musical style as a blend of his own unique production work along with the finest house, techno and progressive tracks currently being released. His solid reputation as a hard-working professional and talented DJ never disappoints a crowded dance floor.
