but i fvcking hate living with them.
reasons:
-high cleaning expectations
-no privacy
-constant bitching/drama/faces
-everything has to go according to their schedule
-if im gone from the house for ~48 hrs- they completely ignore my ass the entire day im home
it's my fault i don't have enough money to gtfo anyway :mad:

we've all been there. part of life i think.
until this summer i was cooped up with my parents for 2.5 years after college.
you forgot to mention the toll it takes on your social life/relationships. |

yes. im at the 2.5 mark of college right now...

well it gets better :) i never thought i'd move out cuz of money. but one thing led to another and i found a good deal that fit my budget. plus a few other things fell in the right place. just tought it out for now!
i miss home cooked meals tho. i just go out to eat a lot now and gain weight :(
and i miss my sister a ton (she's 8) really want to spend more time with her and be around. i go home about once or twice a week (they live about 40 mins away - so it's not bad). but it's already getting longer and longer between visits.
other than that i don't miss it at all. |

| yeah everyone has to go through this type of process. however, oddly enough, in 20-25 years from now when you have kids, you're going to do the same to your kids. as much as you deny it, you are going to do it. |

i guess i wouldn't miss anything.
i don't have siblings & i never get home cooked meals..
almost all of last year it was MY responsibility to make some kind of food for when my parents get home [wtf] AND clean the house once a week which takes me 8 hrs [you'd know why it takes so long to clean if you came to my house + mom's expectations] until a couple months ago i just said 'fck it' and stopped doing it all together.. |

i'm only having 0 or 1 kid.. by the time he/she is 18 i'll be like- you can gtfo whenever you want lol
thing with my rents is, the second i move out, they expect me to pay med/car insurance, gas, rent/utilities/food, cell, etc.. if it weren't for that i would've moved out a long time ago.. |

so your parents basically provide you with EVERYTHING you need to live and all they ask of you is to do some stuff around the house.
