I don't know when he played for RED but I know he played for Godskitchen at Henry Fonda on Halloween in 2004 and he also played at Circus after 2004, I believe after Spundae had returned there so 2006 maybe?? I remember he played pretty hard but there were some fluffier trance tracks in his set too. His sets from last spring all sound very "sander-van-doorny" which I love of course.
In any case, can't wait to see how Marco is gonna play next weekend! :D |

correct. he did play for Spundae. it was a really competitive weekend. PvD Friday @ Vanguard and special Tiesto set at Spider. Sasha's Residency @ Avalon w/ special guest Zabiella. All that going on and we still pulled in over 1600 people. This was definitely about 3 maybe 4 years ago. |

not to continue a senseless debate, but I think the last time he was at circus was the night he played with George Acosta, that had to be around 5 or 6 years ago wasn't it?
RED did a couple of anniversary parties at the Avalon on Fridays, one with Marco V and another with Yoji Biomehanika. That was more like 4 years ago.
Anywho, Listening to more and more of the tech trance sound, it appears Sander Van Doorn, Marco V, and Marcel Woods all are playing similar sounds these days. Techy edgy house & trance. The next couple weeks at circus are going to be great. |

Last time Marco V played at Spundae was in 2006. I know that for a fact because that was the my last birthday that I celebrated there. I hosted the loft that night.
However, Marco V HAS played in LA since then. I know for a fact he played at Together As One on NYE 2008. I think he even played in LA after that. If I'm not mistaken, it was a Giant show at Vanguard.
