I don't ever ever ever listen to r&b kind of stuff but I discovered The Foreign exchange a while back and I quite like it.
Calming and relaxing, I like listening to it when I wake up ( the instrumentals do it for me)

weak? u from Canada. The only known rapper u got from there is Drake, and he's straight garbage. Raekwon and Jada are legends doing it since the early 90s.
