F 16 just showed up for practice....
Such a great little jet. The pilot is almost in a lying back position in the cockpit...
It's the Ferrari of fighters...

That manueverability is thanks to it's vectored thrust...
It is def a treat to watch it's display...

Correct, maybe its the f15 or f16 that flys with the f22 and looks about half the size. Definitely not the f18. |

I was just outside watching the f22 go straight up, and then free fall back down. in amazing.

16 and 22 in formation now. Doing the generations thing. Probably join a
mustang for the show...

The F 15 is actually about the same size as the 22...

So jealous of you guys getting to see this just by walking outside.
Last week though we did have an Avro Lancaster and a B-17 fly overhead a bunch of times for the Waterloo air show. |

Damn I'm jealous you get to see all this. I only get to see a couple tutors flying randomly and a stray blue angel :( Although when I worked at the airport I saw the blue angels all flying together going low to the run way then one lands and the other ones fly back around and does the same thing. Also saw the Antonov, that plane is HUGE!! |
