these days at least an hour a day
when i was working full time i was barely on here...never logged on from work. i'd pop in from time to time at night but it was never enough to be up to date on all the news lol |

Complete cutting off of the internet is irrational, don't you think? I had the same problems too, I decided to start using the internet differently and I've been thinking about how to eliminate procrastination / excessive use in my life. Msg me if you want my perspective (not my advice, instructions, or diagnosis... just my perspective, do what you want with it.) |

I've thought of setting aside just one day per week for net use. I think that might have a chance of working.
I can't do a set number of hours in each day, though. That never works, I always go over. |
