I'm so on this. Really cool that you chose those OM tracks. I had planned Seeds of Sound in a future mix. Top quality stuff!

:D :D :D Yay, thanks for replying! Yes, that Om album ("Instant Enlightenment") is f-ing amazing. I've labeled it as the greatest trance album on my Discogs 'Best Of Early Trance' List.

Let me know how the mixing went. I am really curious as to if I am getting better at it. Also, depending on how much feedback I get - I am planning to make 3 more oldskool trance mixes. One with Dance 2 Trance type of stuff (120 BPM), one with faster melodic stuff, and one with mid-late 90s trance, Nostrum-type of trance.

that sounds awesome. I love both Nostrum and Dance 2 Trance.
I've planned a mix with some of both tunes in ages. It's just that I have another mix due soon. I'll probably start with it after that one.

These look great. Looking forward to hearing your Detroit mix too.:)

listened through this a couple of times. track selection is great. the mixing could been better. But I also know that mixing oldskool trance is more challenging than todays trance.
Overall good effort!

Yeah, I regret putting that Li Kwan track in the mix, now that I think of it. The mix would flow a lot better if I didnt include it.

Other than that, my usual suspect mixing, and the fact that the tracks are quite different. I'll try to be more creative for the next mix.

One of my friends actually compared me to ol' Paul Oakenfold: good tracklisting, sloppy mixing. I got to improve. Although I am not even close to Oakenfold's 1990s greatness.
