Equipped with a passion for Trance and a dedication to quality, Undertone burst onto the scene in August 2008 to deliver Melbourne a new, innovative and fresh brand of Trance event.
Comprising a high quality team of local resident DJs, cutting-edge live visuals, inspirational decor and spectacular full colour laser shows; in just 12 short months Undertone has presented 11 highly acclaimed parties and hosted a premium array of international Trance heavyweights including Stoneface & Terminal, Airbase, Nitrous Oxide, 7 Skies, Paul Trainer and Adam Sheridan.
In keeping with this proud tradition of bringing Melbourne the world’s finest Trance talents, Undertone is excited to present Italy’s Trance superstar, Manuel Le Saux, in the intimate surrounds of one of the city’s finest venues, Amber Lounge, on Friday September 25, 2009.
An esteemed producer and decorated DJ, Manuel Le Saux is a Trance force to be reckoned with. With a discography that boasts a string of highly acclaimed original productions (including the likes of ‘Dissidia’ and ‘Reflex’) and more than 30 remixes, his tunes are regularly supported by legends like Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto and Ferry Corsten. On decks, Manuel has played a selection of the world’s biggest events (including Trance Energy, Tomorrowland and Illusion) and presents no less than two coveted weekly radio shows, ‘Extrema’ and ‘Top Twenty Tunes’.
This is Manuel’s inaugural visit to Australia, so naturally Undertone is looking forward to hosting his debut performance in Melbourne and can’t wait to experience his sought-after skills and sounds first hand!
Joining Manuel on the lineup is one of Melbourne's most explosive rising stars and popular Undertone resident, Majera (Solaris), who is fresh from knocking out a critically acclaimed headline set at Nexus and is a recent addition to the lineup for The Launch.
Additional support comes from Harley Soan (Solaris), Dan Miatt (KissFM), Daniel J Wood, Damir, and the DJ who infamously celebrated Undertone's 1st birthday by wearing a scuba suit ... Scoober Steve.
