who here has used supplements that have actually worked. im not talking about steroids, but the other off the shelf kinds of stuff like whey protein, creatine, ripped fuel etc. etc.

i like myoplex. it's the best for taste and it worked when i was going through one of my weight training phases. vanilla is the best and u can add frozen fruit to make it fruity.

And take these pharmaceutical-grade supplements which have over 90% absorption rate. You feel the difference the first day after taking them.
