The lack of actual reviews tells me people are either a) speechless because it was the greatest party in the history of parties or b) they are embarrassed to admit they were at Guv because it was just that bad.

LOL has gone way down in the last few years.

Last year I went was when S&D and Hernan played. Still one of my fav partys of all time.

Great party
Great beats
Fresh faces
and a ton of old skool

Mark, Joe, Fab , Carlo, Armin and Morrison is all I got to hear and they were all in top form in their respective time slots. I gave Guetta a chance and well...But the 3000+ shouting his name from the top of their lungs in the main room was simply a great experience.

THE M&S MAIN ROOM PERFORMANCE WAS SIMPLY OVER THE TOP.

and ..that's that.

Abercrombie
There are some DJs like Cam who didn't get their proper time. I planned to see him first for his 9-11 slot, but they didn't let anyone move out of the KH until 10:30. Bummer.

If oliver sucked id be the first to say it. He doesnt always play what i like either but thats because he caters to the crowd. So apparently he was playing older and a bit more commercial. Did you see the theme of the night? If so he was right on target.

I could say that Guetta sucked but he didnt. He just didnt play the style of music that i like. But the guy knew his crowd and hammered it right on. For that i say hes good at what he does and is a good dj. And having met the guy in a non club setting, hes a pretty decent dude too.

I already had too many MO discussions with you here and in person :) I appreciated my locals enough, but MO never was and never will be my cup of tea
and you jumping on your guns every time MO isn't appreciated is not gonna get you anywhere :)

Mark oliver you suck.

:( Although I haven't loved him everytime I've seen him, you have to give the guy props for being able to spin AT LEAST a decent set (often much better than decent) for so many different genres.

Imagine 9 hours every week to a room of 2000-3000 in a city as fickle as toronto and pulling it off for 13 years. Thats all im saying and you can call it what you will.
