I edited my comment, somehow skipped the info on page two.
Water Taxi is very unreliable. I am sure you can pay the fare and just use the free ferry since it has a regular schedule. The Water Taxi sometimes waits around until it is full. |

Parking is pretty limited depending on the block.
The water taxi is at the end of Wall St between South Ferry and the seaport. |
