Well, not only does it get you high as , you can keep the popcorn ( I call it that because it smells kinda like burnt popcorn) and re-smoke the weed, it's like smoking mid grade if it was some chronic. |

Seriously, if you are going to smoke out of a bong, with a lighter, instead of a greavo rod, or solar, you might as well do this instead.
That's why bong junkies who use lighters don't like vaporizers. "It doesn't get me high enough man". How about I give you a sharpie fatboy you can stick under you nose while you hit the vape. |

I've always just referred to it as 'refried' :p
But it really does have that sort of buttery smell to it, kind of like really rank popcorn. :wtf:
And yeah, at least it tastes better than cash. But man, those were desperate days. |

| Well yeah, if you point the end of the lighter into your bong/pipe, you're probably going to inhale more butane than you like. I'm fairly certain that if you hold it so that the flame is perpindicular to the top of your bowl and draw from there, it only takes in the heat. |

Even if you do that you are still geting carbon dioxide/monoxide from the fossil fuel burning. The best way to mitigate it, is to get the bowl cherried and not use the lighter.
This however, doesn't even address the fact that when you burn weed with a lighter the temperature is so high you incinerate half of the THC from the plant and never even get it into your lungs. |

I HAVE seen it, but only in cases where the person smoked too much (like, hitting a blunt, or taking a big bong-rip), and didn't trust the fact that weed won't be killing you in a single sitting. These panic attacks usually happen when someone starts to be scared of what's happening, instead of enjoying it, because they think something bad is about to happen. And smoking a one-P, he'll have more than ample opportunity to cut himself off at the half-way mark if he starts to feel it's too much. I'm not suggesting blunts and bong-rips like SOME of the sillies in here :rolleyes:, I'm suggesting a noraml, medium dose for the guy's first time.
I don't think System is 15/16 anymore, and will probably have a good mental grasp of the fact that anything that really POPS out at him is strictly the weed's fault, and it'll be over in about an hour or so. As such, I don't suspect he'll be having ANY form of panic attack, even IF he did make the mistake of couch-locking his ass with a bong :p |

i understand your point , but really if you use proper technique it shouldnt be much of an issue. light the lighter AWAY from the bowl till you have a flame, then suck very lightly till its cherried, then hit it. DUH |
