Anytime something noteworthy happens in news, marketing and media, I count how many times I hear it mentioned whether it's online (message boards, FB, twitter, news sites etc) or in person.
I stopped counting at 15 about a couple hours after it happened and I didn't even see it!!!

But I've always wondered...if bad publicity always good publicity, just by the nature of it being publicity? Ppl say that but personally I don't think it's true. Every time I hear Kanye, I think douche, and would never support him...ever. If I liked one of his songs, I would deliberately download it illegally b/c I don't want to help in his success. And on top of that, I can't see how anyone would want to be known as the Class 1 Douche of the music industry. However, Heidi and Spencer seem to think that as long as they're being talked about - even if all bad, they're happy.
