kickin myself for heading there too early and tiring out sooner than I would of liked - I was leaving just as things were really starting to get good.

I actually know the difference between David Morales and David Guetta, and if I was a promoter for an event such as Bal en Blanc I would make sure I know who is spinning and at what times...... guess again :)

I'm sure they are in some people's books, just not entirely in mine. From the times I have seen both DJ's at two seperate events, both made me want to leave and go home to bed....... however I do give Guetta credit he has got to be doing something right he is catering to the masses and I have no doubt is cashing in big in the past few years. I'll let him be my sugar daddy any day :D

Sleeping all night on Sunday was the best decision I ever made.

Highroller, as the others noted, great review !!

It was a colourful, articulate, passionate write-up very similar to yours (Tenaglia @ ((())) in Tribe.ca msg board in 2001) that made me want to experience Stereo in the first place. I finally checked out ((())) in June 2002 and never looked back. There is no other club in the world that I would travel the 6 hrs one-way for an outing. And I've done the white isle and the winter conference - nothing compares IMO.

Myself and my crew had a house party on Sat night, did Piknic with Mistress on Sun, did a disco nap until 3ish, hit ((())) around 4ish and stayed until the lights went on. Our experiences mirror yours. That is the dirtiest I ever heard Sanchez spin. His best set for me hands-down. We also hit Terraces on Monday, but we were essentially dead by then. Great to see Desyn Masielo not only do an impromptu set, but lay down about 20 min worth of Drum & Bass. I love it when there is no MC. Other than that, lots of groovy, bassy, deep techno by the others, leading up to a very bangin' Beyer set. One of our craziest weekends in Mtl that is for sure!

I know better also - any time i've gone in the past I've done that. But some friends of mine that live in Mtl wanted to go early for some reason so I figured I'd head there with them - also the friends I went to Mtl with had an early bus to catch - I still had a great time.

what time did it finally close down at?
