yea i'm up for it, so when? toronto island is a good idea, but if the CUPE strike continues, we can meet in missisauga or richmond hill. spinning live can be quite a bit of a problem (electricity and weather), tho. of course we can play PvD's rosenmontags set or tiesto's dutch dimension set, but i bet we'll be too busy dancing and forget all the food.
or do it the canadian way: someone prepares the food while we dance to the music, until he yells "ready to eat!" but that takes away all the fun. ;)

sounds awesome......cuz most of the time when ppl meet up at the club, barely can talk or hear the other person!
qBeaches is another good place!
Bring some 800watts speakers, i'm sure it won't be hard to find ppl to spin, haha :stongue:
blast the music as loud as u want and have some good grub!!
To the ppl that work on centerisland: you guys know a Hong Zhu or Rick Chu?

The problem with that is that it is illegal to drink booze on un liscenced property in this city. SO if we had it at the islands or some public park we'd more than likely get busted. Unless we found someplace a little more secluded. Or of course someone's house. |

listen dude..all u need is a bbq set and pieces of meat..but now(after 5:00pm) all shops are closed thanks to retail rights in canada...and tomorrow (being canada day..duh!) too........
so i guess this long weekend will go by without a bbq  |

well how about just a meet up today for those of us that are not going to any event tonight! All we need is beer and turntables w/ a mixer and a sound system!;)
see i would be up for it this weekend since I am not working, but I don't have any money so there is no way I can pitch in to buy beer, anyways the stores are now closed anyways so!......:( |
