sounds good man... I'm originally from the Boston area so I can definitely appreciate some good seafood, esp clams. I'll try to hit up both places. Hopefully they've got some good meat at astrid y gaston

Kevin, do you prefer seafood, beef, or chicken? Actually, that doesn't matter. You will eat it all, anyway.

Peruvian cuisine is huge on seafood. Try the ceviche, jalea, or pescado a lo macho. The soups with seafood are amazing, as well [try some chupe de camaron]. As far as beef goes, don't leave without trying some anticuchos. So bomb. If you're in the mood for chicken, have some pollo a la brasa.

And make sure to get yourself a nice whore while you're there, too. Trust me. I won't tell your wife.

LOL! I may try to get her to meet me down there, if she can get a visa without any problems (she's not a US citizen yet). But anyway, I prefer seafood first and then beef a close second. Whatever that stuff is you are recommending, I'm down for trying it as long as none of it consists of brains, stomach, or something bizarre. I'll dominate some broiled soups. :p

Nope. Tell her she can't come. Huge swine flu outbreak and . Ya know, Kevin, whoever coined the phrase 'never take a sandwich to a buffet' did it for a reason :p

And no, I've yet to eat brains. This is Peru, not Indiana Jones.
