I went to ottawa last year and did. Its amazing and a big thrill. I even went in the rain and through ravines + rivers.
I can get expensive buying a mountain bike + equipment and you really have to commit to it cause it'll be a waste! |

I've got a hybrid now, so I don't really go on the dirt trails anymore, but before that I used to go mountain biking.
With all the rain we seem to get during the summers lately, I think it would be hard to keep up - it's rough enough on the paved trails with all the cracks and fissures and deep puddles, but the dirt trails are going to be pure mud for most of the non-winter months. If that's your thing, then good luck! |

| Its a really fun alternative when snowboarding is in the off-season, and its a decent all body workout. Windsor isnt the greatest place for it but we do have some cool trails here. |

| Mine comes in at 23 lbs. It's a 2001 Specialized Stumpjumper M4 (hardtail). Incredible frame(AL6061 T6 for material). Rides fast. |
