Looks like they're trying to stay competitive with NI's The Finger, so Sugar Bytes has Artillery 2 on sale for 79€/$99 (half-price) until November 1.

I was considering The Finger until I saw the vid for this one! I have several Sugar Bytes plugins (WOW filter, Effectrix, and Eloquence/Thesys) and they're all very cool products. |

| oh please no, not any sales now. im broke and the dollar is low so i wanna buy everything i see. lol, someone stop me. ive bought a compressor, a dj mixer, proppellerhead Record, headfones, earplugs, some cds, some mp3, it gotta stop! |

| is this almost the same as effectrix, any better ? I was going to buy effectrix soon but this seems almost the same. Cryo did you tried the demo? |

No, I haven't had a chance to try the demo yet, but someone asked the same question on the Sugar Bytes' forum and here was their response:

With Artillery (28 Effects) you can play the effects with your keyboard and sequence them with a midi track for example.
Effectrix has less effects (14), but some effects which Artillery does not have. It's using an internal sequencer, the keyboard (or midi track) can be used to change patterns.
