i have yet to try RAW processing in lightroom.
been doing it all in photoshop cs4 and its simple enough as it is.

your workflow will be cut in half if you do it through lightroom.

i tried lightroom once for about 3 minutes but never went back because i didnt like the layout. i prefer photoshop for some reason.

I had the same problem. tried it about 2 years ago. Hated it. Then I tred it again couple months ago and cant get enough of it! Saves soooo much time editing pictures.

I still use photoshop for something more artistic, or to edit stuff that i get paid for. But for something fun like this, lightroom is the way to go :)

maybe i will give it a try again one day... but not right now. photoshop hasnt done me wrong yet.

Makes sense to me. The effect fit the images really well, but on a few the "look" was a bit over worked. Those ones were still 10 times more interesting than the standard club photo.

Manually editing a full set that big...maybe once in a while, but every event? I'd call you crazy lol.

by manually I meant "no filters"

I used lightroom. Just copy paste all edits and then slightly adjust each individual photo. Takes about 40 second/picture, less than an hour in total :)
