For this event, we move to a much bigger, classier, multi-room venue which is needed to accommodate a party of this caliber. The purpose of U-Night is to help unify Tampa Bay's underground electronic dance music scene. The ‘U’ stands for underground, ‘Night’ represents the actual night of the event, but together ‘U-Night’ is a pun for unite. This is not only a showcase of local talent, but also a networking event in which we hope to connect DJs, producers, fans, EDM enthusiasts, and party people together for future endeavors."

Smoked Turkey Pastries:
Smoked turkey, feta, mozzarella, gently seasoned
and baked into a flakey pastry.
Ranchero Tortilla Wrap Bites:
Mushrooms, cream cheese, sour cream, black olives, blended with spices,
onions and green chilies. Served wrap style in bite sized portions.
Entrees
The Classic Cuban:
A Tampa classic served on freshly baked Cuban bread, warm (pressed) or chilled to your liking.
The Goodness Gracious:
Thinly sliced roast beef, crisp bacon, and sauteed mushrooms, with a hint of garlic. Served warm
on fresh pumpernickel.
Caesar Chicken Wrap:
Gently grilled white meat chicken, served chilled with lettuce, shaved parmesan and Caesar dressing,
neatly rolled into a tortilla.
Full liquor bar with bottle service. Full compliment of soda, energy drinks, fruit juice, mixers, bottled water & professionally catered food. There will also be 5 local artists from the Tampa Bay area displaying their artwork at this event. This was something that was included due to the positive response from last year's U-night 1.
