soo, you're mastering with those ty little krks, which don't even look like are set up properly, and using your mbox for adc? Don't mean to be a jerk, but it doesn't look like you're really set up to master anything other than a few decent plugins.

edit: though if it's free, I guess it's okay

So according to Ian Gomes mastering has NOTHING to do with your ears or your experience with audio, and is all dependent on the equipment you have.

if you post samples of your work people are more likely to pay attention.

I am not going to post samples of my work, as anyone could steal, make fake before and afters etc..

like I said, send me your tunes, I'll show you directly..

and I dont use my MBOX as my ADC, I think thats quite obvious by the amount I talk about the Benchmark, please educate yourself before commenting.

Thanks

lol, I actually have a very good idea of what mastering has to do with, and you are definitely right, the ears and experience are very important, though the room and your monitors are just as important. How do you know what to fix when you can't hear it properly? It just doesn't seem like an ideal mastering setup, though I shouldn't be such a snob. Sorry subsequent, I wish you luck.

Also, I was incorrect to ask about the adc, since you have no analog gear, it is not necessary.

I'm Sorry, I thought you only had the DAC-1, not a benchmark adc unit as well. So far you have only been talking about your dac-1 unit. That is why I assumed that you used the mbox as your adc. Again though, that isn't important because you don't have any analog gear, my mistake.

Also, the free comment was referring to this quote:
Anyway, if you're still needing to be convinced.. please allow me to master any of your tunes for free, no strings attatched...

Anyway, I don't want to all over your business, though I do agree that posting examples of your work will help you win over business. Good Luck!

Dude you're an idiot he said if you're not convinced he'd show you for free.
