relax.
As for the event.
Due to a drunken bunch of fools I only got to see about 15 minutes of Adultnapper and Una Slim before some electro freak came on. The few tracks I did hear were such a tease, ugh I'm still annoyed.
SoundLab is random.. Its hidden and underground and could be pretty neat. The party wasn't promoted well .. as usual... so it was pretty dead in there. [I couldn't even find it on facebook until the day before the actual event]
Either way, Buffalo's scene consists of a bunch of weird/cranked/old people who have no clue whats being played. Glowsticks and rave gear seemed to be popular as well. Yikes. Where do these people come from? |

I got there about 1am and Adultnapper had just got on. I was impressed. Great track selection. Had to leave around 2am - I was with some non-house people who thought the music was too repetitive.
Urrrg to the glowsticks being present...annoying when you have to dodge some kid hitting you with his precious glowstick every few minutes. Also noticed some kids mashing?
*Sorry Barb that you missed most of Adultnapper. Brunch the next day was hilarious though. Haha. |
