How do you guys discover new artists?

How do you guys go about it? I usually just search something on YouTube, and then click on related videos.

Most of the time Beatport/Audiojelly/Di.fm/Last.fm/friends.

Yeah I also listen to a lot of di.fm and jot down the track names.

Where do you get your reviews from?

Discogs, TA (mixes + MD + new releases section), and Beatport.

beatport, usually i can surf there for a couple of hours
and of course TA, music discussion, new tracks and reviews and track lists.

i rarely ever use beatport to discover music. i usually find it elsewhere and search it on beatport if i want to buy it

Various Artists (VA) compilations have lots of artists that you generally aren't familiar with.
