Im particularly interested in this since Manila is a city which I am thinking of moving to.
Looks kinda like the Tsunami a number of years back. What makes it worse that most people in Manila can not afford any kind of flood insurance.

ok, i know you're trying to get to higher ground, but SERIOUSLY crawling up power line poles isn't the smartest thing....even if the power is out...
Reminds me of New Orleans after Katrina.....and also like new orleans during mardi gras...LOL
