Probably because I post one every week and don't over promote the out of it. I also don't have 2000 friends on myspace to spam with my stuff.
In the end I don't make them for other people; so I could care less how many plays they get.
I understand you're excited about your mix; but if you're a dj that is any good; it's your JOB; and putting out a good mix shouldn't be an abnormal thing! Therefore you shouldn't become personally attached to the support it does or doesn't get. People have lives, jobs, going on in their lives so just feel happy for the people who do support your music.
You have to realize in these forums where there are so many dj's and so many mixes posted most people don't even open a lot of the mixes; and you really have to prove yourself (or spin techno, house, or old school prog) to get consistent support.
This place can be beneficial to you in many ways so I'd suggest taking a less aggressive stance with many of the regulars here. |

Okay dude, this is getting a little out of hand... let's end all of this silliness hopefully once and for all. :)
Btw folks, I talked privately with DJ Fitt (mfitterer1) earlier today and squashed (well I thought?) all of this and in a roundabout way apologized (so did he)... so it's really strange to see his response NOW???? Man, what a very strange Cat... anywaaaaaays... Hopefully we can now all get back to doing what we love... and that's creating new music, listening to fresh tunes, downloading sick sets, exploring new choons, etc. etc.
