First you need to abstain from eating meats and cheese. No sex or masturbation for at least 3 weeks and this goes for meat and cheese. Also your diet must be changed to only include certain types of plants and you'd need to visit a local shaman about what to take.
Next you need to Speak with a local shaman in Oaxaca; Preferably a female shaman and talk to her about having her guide your spirit and soul through a journey to a higher state of being. From there if she accepts your offer; she will be the one who go into details about abstinence from things. If you do this ahead of time you will be ready.
Ontop of that running and sweating also seeps out toxins in the system
At this point you should be ready for what ever the Shaman Guide has to offer. |
