what about UFOs? my dad and mom swear they saw a flying saucer in the village about a year ago? now my dad is an honored professor and a theoretical physicist. how can you not believe in UFOs after that :wtf:
p.s. could be a man-made saucer but what was it doing in a Ukrainian village lol |

Yeah its hard not believe in things when you see it for yourself or if a family member sees it. Still does not make any sense though. If ghosts existed why would it wake us up at 6am by making a noise and letting me see it for 2-3 seconds. |

| The thing is I don't mind seeing something like that because it could just be my mind playing a trick on me. I'm more tripped out because me and my GF got woken up by a noise of a book hitting the floor. I looked around for 10 minutes even moving furniture ffs lol. The guy was definately see through and he was pretty tall and it was hard to make out his facial features. It could be this Hypnagogia thing but it doesn't explain how two people can hear the same noise. |

| my grandma told me a story about how after my gradpa died she lost their wedding ring and he came to her dream and told her where it was and she went and found it....................... |

Ive heard a few stories like this before 2. They should start a branch of science dedicated to understanding paranormal expeiences instead of just brushing them aside. Ive been trying to figure out a scientific explination all day to explain what happend last night. |

after a friend of mine died i had a dream and him and I conversed the whole dream, truthfully as a kid it really helped me cope with his death.
actually for a few months after his death alot of my friends, would call me crying saying they just saw his spirit etc. I remember at the time believing my friends because this was a serious thing that happened why would a friend lie about one of our other friends death. But now that I look back at it, we were 13-14 yrs old..we would do anythign for attention |

I want to believe
I heard a ghost at work one time. I was all by myself at about 1 am doing cash up and I heard footsteps crossing the floor upstairs. I was working in a bar that had been converted from an old (about 100 years) post office. After I told the others I realised there is apparently an old post master's ghost that does exactly that.
Also about 2 months ago I woke up to my flatmate's daughter crying, thought nothing of it then went to sleep again. Next morning I realised she didn't stay at our house that night. :nervous:
