Hated NO. The only EDM music i have never been able to get into is D&B and maybe it's cause i have never heard anyone play a killer set yet or maybe it's cause most of those shows i see have the volume so high that the high's are so ear piercing it actually hurts and the speakers sound like utter ass due to being over worked.
But I dont think I have ever came on here and said that music sucks just because it D&B or just because it's Techno or just because it's House. I got started in the EDM scene listening to pop trance really and later really exploring all the different genre's and learning why there different. Now i Listen to all types of EDM among other types of music.
All i'm saying is i'm always down for a kick ass beat and a kick ass rhythm to a dj who looks like they are enjoying what they are doing and what their playing.
So play what you want to play and if it's banging then it's banging. thats all there is to it no matter the genre

Intelligent music to me is music that sounds like heart and soul and someone put 100% into it to make a track that has a ring to it that draws you to it and you find yourself nodding your head or tapping ypur foot or dancing or gives you goose bumps or just pumps you the up while listening to it is an intelligent track. |

Name one single DJ, or one single human being for that matter, that doesn't have a hater attached to them? Every DJ and every genre has its fans, its critics, and its haters. The only thing that matters is if your heart is truly into the music you spin. |
