HOw long would you sleep for after being up for 4 days? I can't imagine they're at work first thing monday morning. I also can't believe they flew to vegas and back on the spur. Sounds fun!
It really wasn't that far fetched. There were plenty of weekends in 2000-2002 that we didn't sleep till the zone closed sunday (if you didn't call in sick and go to NV). Just because their choice of stimulant doesn't have ck stamped on it doesn't make it any dirtier. |

Very interesting read...
I recall reading somewhere that 50-60 hours is the maximum a person can go without sleep before short term memory is affected and hallucinations begin to occur. |

I can admit to parting hard ...which yes, has included multiple day benders... and yes, I can say I know people who use it occasionally, and yes... they know how I feel...since they are either out of my life or cast such a small shadow in it that they really, mean nothing. So don't start the omgomgomg drama with me. I ing hate this
If this article was about crack people would be flipping. But meth aka 'Tina' has such a pretty name,and such a desensitized aura about it. I honestly usually don't care what you do in the scene, but some things cross the line.
How does staying up for 72 hours, crashing HARD and not doing anything, really sound fun? This article made me want to smack these people with a 4x4, not blast a line.
As for those who are comparing it to other drugs... Well, I'm not a fan, nor will I ever be. Do your research. The effects of this drug compared to others AND its levels of addiction are sooo much worse. Yuck. It disgusts me how a drug that right up there with heroine went from an :eek: to a :gsmile:

You gotta remember to, this is not ur usual meth, mixed in a bathtub made with carpet cleaner by a couple of hicks. This is straight up chemically precise super-pure meth, created in a labratory. It's like when people talk up their super pure and clean MDMA over the pills...

EXACTLY! Hence why I found it fascinating... same , just different location, different drug...

I've done the 50+ hours without sleep before, you do straight up go loony. You trip balls, get lucid, hallucinate... And this is without partying and such, just caffine, small 15mins naps here and there, coffee, and go go go... I can't count how family weddings and functions that myself and my cousin are not running around from thursday night to sunday morning running around, picking people up from airports, picking people photographers up, setting up, etc, wedding etc... not to mention exams/studying/work back in university. |
