I think it's an endangered species, so smashing it in the face might not be the best of ideas. Might be illegal too :p

What's wrong with simply picking it up and putting it on the ground, then promptly standing up before the thing can start trying to do you in the head again?
btw it's a bit surprising to have such a horny species of parrot be endangered. :p |
