I also was quite pissed off in the beginning when the organizers banned glowsticks. The bouncers took so many glowsticks that ppl (including me) had and trashed them! WTF???
AWESOME! Let's pass a law!

I only caught one real rave when i got into the scene at the Better Living Arts Centre many years ago, and this venue is the closest thing i'm come across that gives you that old school rave experience (that i wish i had gotten more of back in the day).

First off, thank you to tranceaddict for the free VIP tix... I've never won anything before, it was pretty awesome winning. We got there and walked to the willcall line and told them my name under the tranceaddict guestlist, and they're like "your name isn't on this list"... Were like, "fuuuck we just got conned!" Then he proceeds to say "your name is on the VIP list".... and so our night began :)

well.... ive finished reading all the reviews... looks like most had a good time.... but it seems that everyone that went has "supreme tranceaddict" or below "status".. nothing wrong with that, but i have to assume that most of these people must have not experienced the 2000-2004 tiesto.... well neways, glad that everyone had a good time... im still glad that i never went... cant wait for sander van doorn, its cheap, good music, longer set..... ;) as comapred to 50-100$ for a 11 to 2 show with not so great tunes.

also, saw on the news that several ambulances were dispatched to arrow hall as people were having bad reactions to drugs...at least that's what was reported on the news
no kidding!! we were heading out around 2 and saw a bunch of fire fighters walking in. once outside i recall commenting on how there were more flashing lights out there than inside. i counted 2 fire trucks and 3 ambulances and a couple of cruisers.
i liked arrow hall. it's been a while since i've been in such a massive warehouse type venue. men's washroom lines were a little crazy though. the stage and setup was pretty cool. although i didn't like the tracks from his new album, they were accompanied with pretty cool visuals. tiesto was alright. he picked things up in the 2nd hour and i had a pretty good time. i must admit, i rather enjoyed the tracks featuring tegan & sara.
ps. whoever paid $100 for the vip tickets got majorly ripped off! glad i won vip tickets from the contest on TA.
